Guidelines for preparation of print materials
Prepress department workers will take over your order and prepare it for printing within just a few hours. Print data should be provided as single PDF pages (PDF/X-1a version recommended).

Set the desired output profile so that it meets the specific printing requirements:
- ISO Coated v2 or CoatedFOGRA39 for glossy or matte glossy paper
- ISO Uncoated or UncoatedFOGRA29 for offset paper
- ISO Uncoated Yellowish for slightly yellowish offset paper
The above profiles can be downloaded from www.eci.org or www.adobe.com.

The pages should have 3 mm bleeds and correctly defined pageboxes. If there are any printing markers they must not extend to the bleed areas. All the used fonts must be included in the document. For sheet assembly we do not accept already eliminated PDFs, such as for example double-pages. PDF pages must be sorted in the order they are supposed to be printed in. The minimal resolution is 300 DPI and the printing data must be saved in the CMYK profile.
It is desirable to also include a model of the entire work as a part of the order and possibly digital proofs in accordance with ISO 12647-7:2007 as well.
Part of the preprint workflow check is of course ensuring content correctness and elimination using color print sheets before the actual exposure on printing plates. After approval we transfer the data using CTP technology on printing plates to guarantee a high-quality print.

Sublima can overcome the common prepress problems of standard amplitude and frequency modulated screens (loss of details in light and dark areas, instability of print etc.) and instead takes advantage of their strengths (balanced areas, stability and repeatability of print, reduction of rosette etc.) Sublima ensures reproduction in the entire tonal range from 0% up to 99% in higher-density screens (240 lpi and more). This is all achieved at very high stability and repeatability of print using the same requirements as those necessary for a standard 175 lpi screen.
